Adila Gaffoor

I am a young, energetic, enthusiastic young woman who is keen on learning new things and interacting with new people. I have good interpersonal, typing and telephonic skills. I have completed a course on customer service and I can provide certification for the same upon request. I am currently studying part-time through UNISA to obtain a Bachelor in Law. I am a hard worker and a quick learner with lots of potential and self motivation who works well without supervision.

I have worked for Raeesa Gaffoor and Associates from January 2021 to December 2022. I was responsible for RECEIPTING PAYMENTS, WRITING EMAILS, DRAFTING LETTERS, MAKING PHONE CALLS TO CLIENTS, CONTACTING OTHER ATTORNEYS, FILING CASE FILES AND PAPER WORK, RETRIEVING NECESSARY CASE FILES AND PAPERWORK. My key skills include excellent verbal and writing skills, competent with MS Word, proficient in emails, research and filing and general admin and telecommunication.

I am currently studying towards a Bachelor in Law through University of South Africa (UNISA). I have obtained a Higher Certificate in Law in 2022 through University of South Africa (UNISA). I have successfully completed a course in Customer Care through L.E.A.D IN 2021.
