Service Engineer Intern at Allied Medical Limited (2025-10 – 2025-11)

Learned about the design principles, installation, common problems and maintenance/repair of common medical equipment like Patient Monitors, Syringe/Infusion Pumps, ECG Machines, and Ventilators to provide on-site technical support, maintenance and guidance to hospital staff at government institutions like AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. Learned the basic operations of the Service Department, including the development of event reports for medical devices, utilizing CRM/ERP systems to facilitate smooth operations, best practices for maintaining good customer-client relationships and collaborating with Applications and R&D Department to improve customer UX and the product.

Biomedical Engineering Intern at Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. (2023-05 – 2023-07)

Assisted the Biomedical Engineering Department in fulfilling their responsibilities of Routine Preventative Maintenance/Calibration, Breakdown Management, Equipment Records Management, Department Financial Management and Equipment Installation for devices of all wards. Played a major hand in the establishment of a new oncology ward and maintenance of pre-existing wards through installation and setup of beds, patient monitors, ventilators and other medical devices.
