I have worked at South 32 for more than three years, in which I have held positions such as Coordinator in Compliance and Reporting, as well as Senior Administrator in Finance. My responsibilities include:
Ensuring alignment with and compliance with internal controls.
Produce performance and other relevant reports using MS Power BI and MS Excel.
Identifying and reporting on control, governance, and compliance matters.
Performing root cause analysis where controls failed and reviewing control procedures to prevent reoccurrence.
Participate in initiatives to improve the overall performance of the function.
Controlled Document creation and maintenance.
Create and execute payment, reconciling payment proposals for payment approval.
Investigate and action payment rejections and exceptions.
System and internal controls testing.
