I am a highly motivated individual residing in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. I hold a grade 12 certificate(NSC) and I have been learning in the IT sector, and completed three Cisco Networking Academy courses, namely Introduction to Cybersecurity, Network Basics, and Getting started with Cisco Packet Tracer. Through these programmes, I have developed practical skills in network fundamentals, basic security principles, and network simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer.
I am confident in my ability to apply this knowledge in the real-world device configuration, troubleshooting, and first-line technical support. Although I am at the beggining of my professional journey and do not yet have formal work experience, I bring forward a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning. I am eager to contribute to the technology work environment, and gain professional experience and learn from experienced professionals, and grow into a reliable technical resource.
