With more than 20 years experience in the business environment, I am accustomed to dealing with busy seasons that involve working under pressure.
Most of the skills I have acquired in my work life have been self-taught as I am a problem solver and multitasking comes naturally. Being an organized person, I like the idea of improving systems to run more efficiently and effectively.
With my experience as office liaison and senior administrator I have coordinated teams of managers, as well as managing teams of my own which has taught me excellent time management skills. I appreciate the importance of internal and external customer relations and good communication skills. This cannot be overstated as it reflects directly to the Executive members.
Due to my maturity and professionalism in the business world I have a good grasp of getting things done. This will enable Executives to focus on more important things of the business whilst not having to worry about the other tasks which I will be taking care of should I be successful.
I think it is important for me to note that I understand the perspective of a manager or Director to be kept abreast of the critical elements that affect the business and to be consulted with on major tasks.
