I am an LLB graduate and an Admitted Attorney currently working for an SMME law firm in Kempton Park. My work is primarily litigation and legal administration. On a daily basis I am updating Clients and keeping said clients up to date with the status of their matters at the firm as well as updates on legislation for our commercial clients.
I am well versed in legal drafting, report writing and minute taking - I constantly draft legal letters as well as pleadings and notices. I also do a lot work relating to the Companies Act and the Regulations thereto as we do a lot of company registrations.
