Currently work as a Human Resources Generalist at Sondor Industries PTY, LTD in Parow Industria until 13/12/2024. With 19 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist and 14 years in Training and Development, I have cultivated extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in various domains. These include BBBEE, METAL ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES Bargaining Council (MEIBC), MERSETA, BCEA, LRA, SDA, Employment Equity Act, SEIFSA/MEIBC Main Agreement, PCASA Main Agreement, and Case Law.

In my current role, I coordinate the full HR function of the company. My responsibilities involve assisting employees and management with administration, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, training and development, compensation coordination, employee benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Beyond my corporate role, I have dedicated 13 years to youth development at Chrysalis Academy and other organizations. I possess strong administrative and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and uphold confidentiality and versatility as some of my core strengths.

I have achieved formal qualifications in Skills Development Facilitation (SDF), Conducting Assessments (Assessor), Train the Trainer, and hold a National Certificate in Generic Management NQF5.

With a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing and hospitality industries, I also utilize my spare time for planning, organizing, coordinating, and administrating events. This has given me the opportunity to collaborate with many renowned musicians and artists in Cape Town's entertainment industry.
