Have held various positions within the HR field from HR Consultant to a Senior HR Professional managing a teams of 6 individuals, reporting into an HR Senior Associate Director.
Key responsibilities were to ensure alignment between the Business Strategy and the HR Operations, through the holistic employee lifecycle on a daily basis. Also ensuring that the team is well-equipped and guided to deliver on the mandate. Key to this is that employee are also trained and developed to do their tasks, that they are remunerated accordingly, their wellbeing is catered for and that they set up for success, resulting in a in-vin for all stakeholders
