Alla Ngouandi

My name is Alla Ngouandi, I have 18 years of experience as a Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy and Physical Science teacher.

In my current position I teach lessons for students in grade 10 to 12 in both Mathematics and Physical Science at Radley Private School in Ferndale-Randburg (Johannesburg).

My philosophy in working with students is developing trusting relationships, building upon their strengths and making learning interesting and fun.

I firmly believe that students learn more freely when they are having fun. My students are able to see me as a peer, which helps to facilitate the relationship between teacher and student.

I did all my education in French and completed the theoretical part of the chemical engineering studies at Technikon Witwatersrand now known as University of Johannesburg.

I design and conduct Maths and Science lessons for students to improve their school results, generally to students at the American School of Johannesburg (AISJ), Dainfern College, French School, Saint stithians college, Saint John’s College, etc.

I now offer online lessons to students in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.

I would look forward to an opportunity to share more about myself and passion for education.
