I have gained vast exposure and experience working within various business units and my main objective is to secure a challenging role within my areas of expertise. I managed two (2) subordinates (Leasing Practitioner and Leasing Administrator) which we worked well as a team. I am an accountable, responsible individual and respect the need for confidentiality to privileged information.

Experience

Leasing Manager (Jhb Central/West Rand/Vaal areas) at Transnet Property (2022-08 – 2024-06)

Managed leasing operations across Johannesburg Central, West Rand, and Vaal regions, optimizing tenant portfolios and maximizing property revenue for TRANSNET PROPERTY Inland Region.

Maximize rental income for client property portfolio through strategic planning and the implementation thereof.
To negotiate and agree terms and conditions of proposals to lease premises within specified parameters and conclude terms of standard lease agreements, according to the delegation of authority framework as issued by the board of directors from time to time.
To market lease space in untapped and or undeveloped property spaces in order maximize the revenue potential of the portfolio, including but not limited to retail space, vacant land, industrial space, office space, residential portfolio, mass housing and etc.
To satisfy needs of tenants whilst not compromising company position
Develop leasing plan in conjunction with relevant stakeholders for entire managed portfolio.

Property Administrator at Transnet Freight Rail (2006-07 – 2022-07)

Managed property leases, coordinated asset registers, and ensured compliance with statutory regulations to optimize Transnet Freight Rail's real estate portfolio and support operational efficiency.
