Survey assistant-we were assisting the surveyor underground to install pegs,measuring on monthly giving reports to the chief surveyor.
Time& Attandance clerk-we were dealing with daily Attandance of employees, clearing shifts,gang cards,helping employees with the entry if they have challenges,clearing shifts,using SAP,excel,booking medicals and medical reviews,leave applications.
SITE CLERK ADMIN-Recruitment and on boarding, booking medicals & medical reviews booking inductions,Attandance daily,leave applications, charges,payrun monthly all administration job,working alone at the sites.
