I worked as a customer service representative for 1 year thereafter was promoted to quality assurance agent and worked for 11 months.
My duties are monitor calls from the agents to ensure that they're doing what's on the scorecard. I also do session for the agents that are not meeting target.
I completed my grade in 2014.
