I am a dynamic individual with a BA in Communication and Languages degree, complemented by a TEFL certificate. My exceptional communication skills are honed through customer service, editorial precision and personalized tutoring. I am passionate and dedicated to fostering learning experiences and promoting effective communication across cultural boundaries.

I bring a flavoursome background in hospitality as a waitress at Wimpy for 4 months combined with experience as a private English tutor for 2years and 6months. As a waitress, I excelled in customer service, multitasking and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. In my role as a private English tutor, I developed strong communication skills, effective lesson planning abilities and received positive feedback from students and parents alike.

With a focus on adaptability, continuous learning, I am eager to leverage my diverse skill set in a new professional setting.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Languages from the University of Johannesburg, with coursework focused on communication theory, intercultural communication, philosophy, Greek methodology and English. My thesis project explored the impact of social media on interpersonal communication patterns, reflecting my analytical and research skills. Through my education, I developed strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and cultural awareness.

Additionally, I am proficient in English, Sesotho and Isizulu and actively engaged in extracurricular activities such as learning the Japanese language.
