Amilio Chetty

My name is Amilio Chetty, but my friends and family call me Milo. I have more than five years of teaching experience. I have taught in China at kindergartens as a homeroom teacher and primary schools. I have taught at high schools in Bangkok and South Africa and I also have a lot of experience teaching online on many different platforms like Berlitz, Open and Open English. I am Fun loving energetic teacher who will be an asset to your institution.

I began my teaching journey at a learning center in China where I learned about sales in education as well as how to do effective marketing and Demos. I then moved to a primary school where we followed the approved Chinese curriculum for English. To improve my career, I moved to the kindergarten sector where I worked with the planning and implementation of the English curriculum.

After two years at this Chain of kindergartens, I moved to an IB kindergarten. Where I learned about the primary year's program and how to facilitate English using the IB curriculum. These are som of my experiences

My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Anthropology and Psychology. I thereafter continued to complete my Postgraduate Certificate in Education which Required Teaching practice as a locum teacher at High Schools in South Africa.
