Addendums, Reports, Memorandum of Agreements ,Memorandum of Incorporations, Terms of Reference, MTOPs , HR policies ,Tender Applications ,Service Legal Agreements & other legal documents
(b) Risk and Compliance
-Developing Compliance governance documents such as; compliance universe, compliance plan, CRMP, Conducting compliance monitoring ,Developing and Implementing compliance frameworks ,Liaison with various stakeholders, Developing risk management plan and risk registers.
