For Nine years I have been working in an Office work environment that compiled my working experience in the Construction, Mining, and Facilities Management Industries where I had to learn aspects of interacting with the Human world. The first three years were spent in the
Administrative roles, and later advanced to enter the Human Resource Management field,
where I spent my six years career as an HR Administrator, HR officer, and Training Officer.
However, I had an opportunity to act as the Head of Transformation at JIC Mining for
7months. That gave me so much value to advance on most of the Training strategies and to explore interacting with Top Management, Senior Management, and Professionally qualified and skilled people. This experience has added so much value since it gave me an opportunity to advance my professionalism in the working environment.
This breakthrough was elevated due to my abilities to want to interact with all levels of my subordinates within our organization, colleagues, ability to assist, adding value to my
Department and my strong business acumen say my superiors. I have strong process management and people skills. My belief in fair treatment has added so much value to my professional presence with regard to learning and respecting the codes of good conduct, and good work ethics in our Human Resources field and other Organisational departments that I had to interact with throughout my career life.
These skills have helped me to polish my ability to be proactive, team-oriented, interpersonal, and communication skills. Where my integrity and honesty including those of reliability increase and be recognized.

Officer Training and Transformation: – JIC Mining Services: 08/04/2016 – 03/11/2017
Training and Transformation task team duties:
Administer the BBBEE reports ensuring that the Certificate is issued in time by the service provider
Administer the WSP database and are Responsible for the WSP and ATR Annual reports
Maintains departmental database for Skills Development Procedures
Compile and administer the Socio-Economic development programs and workshops
Ensure continuous Training Development: To seek new ways of Training strategies that best suit the Mining Purposes for DMR Audit purposes and record keeping
Ensure that Health and Safety are implemented and staff are trained, coordinate all health and safety training and monitor the expiration of certificates.
Administer the Employment Equity Report with the Department of Labour
Ensure that the Skills Development processes meet the target requirement for BBBEE, ATR and
WSP purposes.
Drive effective compliance for Company Workforce Movements on Occupational levels to best improve Employment Equity.
Report Training programs and seek measures for BBBEE.
Liaise with all Companies Service Providers and the internal Finance Department in facilitating
Training Payments and record keeping.
Monitor and implement ABET processes to meet the Seta requirements
Manage the ABET structures and assist in making improvements.
Ensuring that all enrolled learners are captured according to their ABET enrolment forms with the MQA.
Ensure that all enrolled ABET Learners are registered with the same Company Levy number.
Assist in making sure that the Company meets the MQA requirements where SETA is concerned for compliance.
HR Officer – Barclays Contract /Drake & Scull FM: January 2013 –07 April 2016
Extend letters of employment in relation to the Organisational Design salary structures, consult in detail with candidates on the entire cost of the company including benefits and value proposition of the Company
Manage the payroll HR administration for all new candidates/employees.
Manage the Barclays Performance Appraisals and performance rates
Assist the Head of HR with designing the HR helpdesk template that involves HR roles, tasks and any HR Related queries
Manage Barclays Workforce Movement on Engagements, Terminations for Payroll, and Reporting purposes
Handle and Advise ABSA EX Processes for all Barclays staff that uses ABSA System and give monthly movement reports for all users
Responsible for Credit Checks and Verifications for all new staff to avoid intake of Criminals
Make sure that all stakeholders comply with all HR Policies and procedures when engaging with new employee intakes
Prepare Salary Cost Projections for new hires and submit them to the COO for signoff
Advise Line Managers regards to new hires for all Allowances and Benefits in light of their roles
Manage and Consult with Employees for Retirement Processes and advice
Administer some other matters related to employees’ Salaries
Submit monthly HR Report for Recruitment processes
Advice Line Managers in dealing with employees' Misconduct
Generate and submit a 12-month report for Leave Audit processes
Manage Provident Fund applications and Claims
Monitor and Manage Medical Aid Applications and Changes
Responsible for Leave Monitoring of Staff and Reporting
Process Death Claims
Process Funeral Claims
Process Retirement Benefits
Manage and Process Maternity Benefits
Process Long Service Awards and Service Certificate
Manage and Process UI-19 Applications
Manage and Ensure that employees' changes are in order e.g. Transfers, Promotions, Salary adjustments, Acting Allowance, Demotions, and Terminations
Prepare Salary Structure and advise Line Managers for New Engagements
Prepare 12 monthly Analyses for Pay queries and advise
Advise on all Barclays Pay queries
Run monthly reports for Leave and other payroll inputs
Assist with all deductions queries, Cell phones deduction queries, Petrol cards, Travel allowance and other payroll-related queries.
Training Reports for WSP submissions.
Assist with preparations and Consolidating BBBEE.
Assist with Skills Development consolidation of all documents required for reporting.
Prepare and draft Study Assistance Contracts.
Administer and Monitor the BBBEE documents for reporting purposes
Manage and administer the Companies Performance Appraisals and keep records for quarterly
Appraisal reporting.
Assist with the Employment Equity data and processes for annual reports.
Monitor and support payroll reports for monthly reviews
Manage Leave Report systems and give feedback monthly
Training Reports for BBBEE and WSP reporting
Termination Exits Reports

Assist with HR recruitments, files, and placements
Filing all HR documents regarding discipline (Warnings, sick leaves, hearings tapes, and other termination documents)
Responsible for HR stationery
Updating training records and preparing manuals

Monitoring and keeping records of all company vehicle tracker reports and mail documentation to all the managers
