I am a driven and adaptable person with a solid foundation in customer service, administrative work, and project assistance. My background includes working as a waiter, project assistant at Henties Juices, and administrative support for human resources tasks. I have excellent leadership and teamwork skills and am proficient in data analysis, Excel, and communication.

I bring creativity to all I do, am a fast learner, have the capacity to mentor and guide others as I have held leadership positions in both high school and college. I also have a passion for detail and problem-solving.

HR Administrator at Henties Juices Office (2026- present)

• Checking of outsource and permanent timesheets and correcting them where needed
• The use of Beyond Attendance, for example the creating and reviewing of new persons on Beyond Attendance, person summary, leave reports, time sheet extended, payroll excel sheet reports.
• The use of the AOD register on google sheets. Issuing AOD’s that were requested and sending it via email to relevant persons that requested it, as well as saving it in folders on my laptop.
• Completing an OPS report every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Stating how many AOD’s were issued and received as well as cancelled or amended, who resigned, who were given warmings, who have a hearing scheduled etc.
• capturing of leave forms and filing it
• Insurance: send new claims for registration and the process thereafter (following-up on quotes for the repair of the damages, checking all the details on the claim form, sending trucks in for repairs, stating payments that are due for this etc)
• Standing in for the reception person when she goes on her lunch or when she is on leave (taking calls, answering emails, stationary requests to be completed, scheduling of meetings etc)

• Handled a water project, working closely with the HR manager for two weeks straight to see how much was overcharged for water usage in their production
• Assisted in various administrative tasks related to the project
• Analyzed, transformed and formatted data on Excel and type information in Word
• Sent emails everyday to the HR manager
• Worked with an accountant to have access to specific files
