Source all raw materials required for production, including fruits (grapes, apples, berries), clean water, yeast, flavorings such as spices, herbs and oak chips, as well as bottles and labels. Prepare fruits by washing, cutting and crushing according to specific recipes. Conduct the fermentation process by adding yeast to convert sugars into alcohol while carefully controlling temperature conditions.
Monitor sugar levels, alcohol content and overall fermentation progress to ensure quality standards are met, followed by filtering to remove sediment and impurities. Sterilize bottles prior to filling, then bottle and seal the finished product before applying labels. Manage the selling and distribution of the final product directly to the market, ensuring efficient delivery and availability.
