My experience includes working in retail, reception and administration, internet support services, insurance claims handling, auction administration and marketing, as well as sales and operations coordination. I have worked closely with clients, brokers, technicians, and service providers, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Throughout my roles, I have developed strong skills in multitasking, client relations, stock management, scheduling, social media marketing, bookkeeping, and technical support. I am highly adaptable, people-oriented, and passionate about creating positive experiences while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in every task I take on.
I completed my Grade 12 at Hoërskool Wesvalia in 2023, where my subjects included Afrikaans, English, Business Studies, Computer Applications Technology (CAT), Drama, Math Literacy, and Life Orientation. I am fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with strong reading and writing abilities.
In addition, I completed a 120-Hour TEFL qualification in 2026, further developing my communication and teaching skills. I also have practical experience working with programs and platforms such as Excel, Word, Canva, Sage, PowerPoint, MyPosterWall, Fincon, Mikrotik, UISP, Reyee, and other customer support and administrative systems.
