Reporting to the Store Manager.
- Accepting Deliveries from a supplier to courier
- Checking if the boxes/cartons are damaged and there are no discrepancies then accept that delivery
- To check if the all boxes are still intact / has not been tampered with, and that the waybill's box quantity corresponds with the actual boxes received
- To ensure that all the relevant information listed (P.O Number, Store Number, Documents/ Invoice Number) before opening the box/carton
- To ensure that the consignment stock has one delivery note, there is no invoice
- Informing the Central Planning Team and Recon Team with any discrepancies
- Return to Vendor (Returning Stock to the supplier via JDA System)
- Merchandising of Stock
- Stock Flow Overview
- Capturing of the stock on the system
- Batching of Invoices
