I started working at MTN as a Sales Consultant for 5 years, I did Admin job related to sales doing filling and complete the application forms for customers who purchase phones with contract, using system like Smart Wizard, Eppix, Citrix, Challenger, Point of Sales, emailing the scanned contract to Vetting department, I later Joined FNB Connect as a Billing Consultant for 3 years where I also did admin job related to customer service where I would read and explain the invoice to the customers I also used systems like Citrix, Hogan, I worked at FNB inbound call center where I would answer the calls from customers to explain their Billing. then I worked at Hendrina Eskom Power Station on a subcontractor as a Safety Officer for 4 years, supervising the employees, writing the risks assessments, identifying and analyzing the hazards, conducting tool box talk every morning before we commence to work.

I am a Safety Officer, I have worked for Hendrina Eskom Power Station where I have gained my experience for 4 years.

I hold a National N Diploma in Financial Management from 2012 obtained from UMfolozi College in Richards Bay (Kzn), and I also hold National Diploma in Safety Management obtained from Vaal University of Technology in Gauteng.
