I am a participant working with a caregiver as my mentor. We have clients, those people we help and report to the office if we have a problem so we help adult and childrens, adult with food parcels, children we check their reports from term 1 to 4 and check is he or she doing well in his subjects if not my caregiver will talk with his supervisor to draft a note so we can send him to safe hub their will help her with his subjects.
