• Deliver messages, documents and packages both within and outside the office
• Run errands such as picking supplies or attending to other task as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas in the office
• Monitor and restock office supplies including pens, paper and other office supplies
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating and all other office duties
• Assist with setting up board rooms for Director's meetings and all other events
• Coordinating good communication in the office
• Perform other duties as assigned by my Managing Director or HR Manager
