Switchboard Operator/Office Assistant/Filling Clerk/Tea Lady - Alveo Water (Pty) Ltd

- Deliver messages, documents and packages both within and outside the office
- Run errands such as picking supplies or attending to other task as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas in the office
- Monitor and restock office supplies including pens, paper and other office supplies
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating and all other office duties
- Assist with setting up board rooms for Director's meetings and all other events
- Coordinating good communication in the office
- Perform other duties as assigned by my Managing Director or HR Manager
