Before joining Qualitechs I worked in varies fields at Standard Bank from 2002 - 2011. I proved myself as being a dedicated, hard-worker with energy and passion. With this I was promoted 4 times, from being employed as an ATM Processor to working at Managerial level. I was afforded great learning opportunities, such as: Six Sigma Training (White & Yellow Belt), BDS, NDS & CCMS systems and nominated as the ANTS Champion and Coach of the Letsema Learners.

As the Personal Assistant to the Director and CEO, Office Manager and Project Leader my duties included:
•I created the Qualitechs quoting system, and generated quotes for customers.
•Created a supplier and customer database.
•Liaised with Global and Local Suppliers.
•Regularly communicated with customers to confirm lead times and delivery of machinery.
•Attended Trade Shows and all meetings with customers and suppliers.
•I travelled with the Director to many of his meetings and site visits.
•Provided administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memorandums and preparing communications on behalf of the Director.
•Maintained comprehensive and accurate records and databases.
•Arranged flights, accommodation and planning of Directors trips.
•Organised Directors meetings, including scheduling and sending of reminders.
•As the Executive Personal Assistant I was the only person that was allowed to communicate to the Key Account Customers when the Director was travelling.
•Perform minor accounting duties and assisted in the onboarding process for new hires.
•Dealt with correspondences, complaints and queries.
•Organised office operations and procedures.
•Addressed employees queries regarding office management issues.
•Created and communicated a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow.
•Offered emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued.
