Conduct sample analysis and document results on LIMS
Ensure the compliance of ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001ISO/ TS 16949
Be responsible for the technical quality of work performed.
Ensure daily and weekly calibration of instruments such as ICP-OES, XRF, TRISTAR, MASTERSIZER, pH , TGA Leco & Microwave digester
Perform analysis using the above instruments and do sample preparation using Essa milling machine for xrf and Microwave digestion for ICP-OES
Identify and report any opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and quality.
