I have been working as a pharmacist for 20 years and have experience in the retail pharmacy sector, including more than 14 years in managerial roles. I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a patient-centred approach. My expertise spans pharmacy operations, medical aid claims and authorisations, the use of ICD10 codes, inventory and stock control, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards.

I am proficient in Unisolve and LEAP, adept at handling medical aid claims, and excel in managing high-performance teams. Throughout my career, I have been recognised for my dedication.

I have a passion to train and teach those in my midst and have been a tutor a few times. I am always open to learning new things and will take on any necessary training needed to fulfil my role.
