Hi. I am Anthea Badenhorst, 43 years old, and married for 19 years to Marius Badenhorst with 2 boys Ruan, 13 years old and Stian 11 years old.
I am a qualified 4 year B.Ed Foundation Phase educator. I have been teaching various Grades in the Foundation Phase for the last 20 years. I have been a Gradehead for 8 years and a intern Head of department for 2 years. I now want to extend my personal knowledge and growth. I am seeking for new opportunities overseas where I and my family can strive for a better future. I have great communication skills and are open to new experiences. I love working with kids and have great classroom management skills. I enjoy developing the young minds. I am an outgoing and professional teacher. I am also a Level 1 qualified coach gor netball as well a Level 3 C+ Provincial qualified netball umpire. I also coached the Cross Country team for 5 years where 15 of my students went through to District level this year and 1 to Provincial level. I love to sing and be outdoors. I am passionate about my family and my career.

I have experience with being a Grade Head for 5 years and internal Head of Department for 2 years in the Foundation Phase sector.
20 years teaching experience in the Foundation Phase sector from 2004 - current year
I am qualified to teach Kindergarten up to students that are 10 years of age.
Teaching 40 Grade 2 students this year and last year
Previously I was a Grade 3 teacher for 9 years.
Also have 1 year experience in teaching Grade R, students aged 5
