When I started with my professions… I started off a cashier at SPAR. Handling three cash floats and did our own cash ups.

Then I got a casual contract from EPWP city of cape Town as a cleaner, but was only there for 2 months.

Then I started at TFG Financial services as a collections agent. Handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers to get their accounts into a positive buying position and make qualifying payment arrangements if needed or full total due. I then was exited for wanting to gain more knowledge about the business and grow within the business.

I then applied for a team leader position and got my position on the 1st of August 2015 till 31 Jan 2022. My duties was but not limited to

• Managing a team of 13-20 members
• Performance management
• Monitoring agent productivity
• HR functions within team
• Staff motivation, coaching and development
• Assisting call contact center agents with difficult debtors
• Quality Assurance assessing of agents calls to monitor that procedure is being followed.
• Ensuring accurate record keeping for self and team by keeping an up to date filing system (electronic and manual)
• Ensuring proper usage and care of office equipment by team members
• Arranging, preparing for and conducting meetings (arranging of venue, traveling, meeting agendas & minutes)
• Maintaining registers (staff performance, assets, attendance)
• Solving client complaints and enquiries telephonically and or by email.
