I graduated with a diploma in civil engineering in April 2022, I have one year of experience on a civil site which I obtained by working for NMC as an intern, where I was involved in constructing a road from the natural ground level up. Where the road came together to cross a bridge over the Bergriver in Paarl, during which I was involved with the surveyor majority of the time setting out all the points along the road. I was placed by SANRAL as a Student Technician at Tshiki Consulting from August 2021 to January 2022 Engineers where we were busy with a road maintenance project for the client, SANRAL, to complete my national diploma as this is required to obtain the qualification.

I'm an extremely hard worker who has excellent communication and leadership skills, I have no problem following instructions and doing what is required of me. I work well in a team and I'm able to adapt to any type of work environment. I'm looking for any opportunity to gain experience in the field, further my knowledge, and apply the skills I have gained over the years.

I am currently furthering my studies by completing the Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering and plan to register with ECSA in the near future.
