With over thirty years' experience in legal and property law, I am proficient in the administration of transfers,

commercial transfers, cancellations, bonds, and commercial bonds. I always do my best to foster a good co-worker relationship with my colleagues and superiors and cherish working within a team to get the best possible outcome for the client. I do my due diligence to constantly remain accurate and precise from the inception to the finalization of the transaction. I am highly motivated to combat all legal responsibilities in a professional and dedicated manner.

I have worked for over 30 years in law firms attending to the registrations of transfers (I have extensive knowledge of residential, sectional, decreased, insolvency, commercial, sheriff, development, divorce, consolidation and subdivision transfers). Over the years I have dealt with registrations of ANC contracts, notarial work (servitudes) and cancellations of FNB, ABSA, RMB, FNB Private Wealth and Nedbank bonds. I have also attended from the inception to conclusion of the registrations of Standard Bank and Nedbank Commercial bond registrations, RMB, FNB Private Bank and FNB Private Wealth bond registrations. Assisted with the process in ABSA, FNB and Standard Bank bonds with updating Lexis, downloading instructions , attending to prep and registrations of matters.
