During my high school years, I was selected as a prefect, serving as part of the student leadership team. This experience strengthened my ability to take initiative, act responsibly, and be accountable for my decisions and actions.

I obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management in 2020 from Varsity College, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce in Transport and Logistics in 2024 from UNISA

• Maintaining inventory levels
• Ensure supplier requests are evaluated and responded to in a timely manner
• Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution
• Participate and lead where appropriate in re-sourcing efforts (moving product from one supplier to another)
• Annual and monthly stock take and tracking
• Monitor, control and ensure completion on all daily tasks within your sections
• Oversee QC in the Storeroom, Quality assurance of materials and parts received and dispatched
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Manage Work-ln-Progress in area of responsibility
• Identify and report production backlogs or short falls in materials ahead of time
• Procure goods and services in the most cost-effective and beneficial way
• Responsible for material forecasting, material procurement, inventory control, warehousing, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution

• Keep accurate centralized, daily updated records upon delivery of the stock
• Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
• Supplier interaction in negotiating best procurement options

• Interacting with the warehouse to verify quality and arrange for returns to suppliers where required
• Verifying quoted prices and specifications against requisitions requirements of the Department
• Interacting with supplier representatives as well as resolving aspects partaining to quality, discounts and delivery lead times and stock returns where applicable
• Creating supplier pricing matrix that shows alternative supplier and products highlighting areas where cost can be saved
• Planning the transport and logistics on a weekly basis to ensure no delays occur at cross borders going into Botswana
