- Develop learning materials specific to the client workflows as part of the model learning program
- Preparation for steering geometry, adjusting as per specifications and report analysis

- Fault finding, replace faulty components, housekeeping, first aid and workshop safety
- Work on the curriculum teams as a subject matter expert and assist with development of assessments, activities and participant materials

- Assist the Program Manager in the site’s quality assurance activities including: case record reviews for completeness, consistency, and quality work
- Ability to read, analysis and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Motor industry knowledge
- Has experience and advanced ability to conduct individual and group gap analyses, and provide appropriate remediation and reinforcement solutions
