About

A seasoned and results-driven senior executive with over 25 years of professional experience, specialising in Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk, Sustainability, and Insurance disciplines. My career has been defined by leading the design, implementation and optimisation of integrated governance frameworks, ensuring robust compliance with regulatory requirements while enabling sustainable organisational performance.

I bring extensive expertise in the strategic oversight of management systems and standards, including their implementation, continuous improvement and alignment to business objectives. My experience spans complex operational environments, where I have successfully driven risk-informed decision-making, enhanced compliance maturity and embedded a culture of accountability and resilience.

Academically, I have strengthened my executive leadership capability through a Master of Business Administration (MBA) (pending conferral). I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management (Cum Laude) with a specialisation in Operational Risk Management and a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
