- Check shipper number correspondence to machine and actual dates
- Ensure all waste is segregated and disposed off according to its classification
- Packing tablet, liquid and semi-liquid products
- Check volume prior to line start-up
- Check Specific Gravity (SG) to calculate volume for fill up
- Ensure that labels / package insert is attached to the product
Machine Operator & Environment Cleaner - Johnson and Johnson
- Set up line and operate high speed blister and filling line
- Conducting in process checks to ensure that correct details are contained in the packed products
- Ensure that line is cleaned after job completion
- Perform reconciliation
- Ensure that material identified as waste is separated
- Assists with audit preparations (Housekeeping, GMP)
- Assists with day-to-day GMP compliance, Housekeeping, Logbooks and other functions
- Stand in for Line Leaders
- Line clearance and Line opening/closing
- Submit samples for QC testing and Lot Release of product to the market
- Compiling batch document
