Asanda Nzama

I am a LLB graduate currently awaiting admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

With two years post qualifications experience I have developed a solid foundation in South African law, particularly in contract & commercial law. I have extensive experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as conducting legal research. I am proficient in managing case files, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support.

I have experience working in a law firm as a candidate attorney where I handled complex litigation cases across various areas, including divorce, maintenance, criminal law, third-party claims, and civil disputes. I conducted detailed legal research, developed case strategies, and represented clients in court, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and alignment with client goals. My duties included drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, providing clients with expert legal advice, and leading pre-trial conferences.

I also showcased strong courtroom advocacy by representing clients in Magistrates Court and managed essential administrative tasks, such as electronic filing and case management, to support legal proceedings.

I have compl my LLB law degree at the University of Johannesburg.
