After having worked in various part-time stock control and warehouse roles while still at school, Ashendran began his formal career at Pet Resources as a Warehouse Clerk, promoted to Warehouse Supervisor in January 2016. He has since worked as a Plant Supervisor for Laboski Trading and Projects and a Yard Supervisor for King of Africa Logistics. His experience in Warehousing and Logistics to date amounts to 6 years.

It is his reliable, trustworthy and dedicated nature that secures him management and supervisory roles. He has had the opportunity over the years to develop and enhance his expertise in the control of raw material stock, and the control of final product stock. He fully understands the magnitude of proper warehouse management for the efficient running of organisations and always endeavours to manage his team, and do his job exceptionally well.

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
• Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials or equipment; complete packing slips for shipment as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of items in the warehouse and assist with cycle counts to ensure the stock within the warehouse balances with the system.
