• Invoicing of Completed Projects as well as Partial Progress Invoices;
• Compiling of quotes to Clients for various Electrical works;
• Liaise with Suppliers - Ordering of Materials for projects
  • Checking POD’s and Invoices, following up on incomplete orders;
  • Maintaining a proper filing system for Contracts and Projects
  • Compiling and updating of Weekly Progress Reports on Excel;
  • Compiling and Updating of Month End Stats Reports on
  • EPWP Reports
  • Mandays Reports on Excel;
  • Assisting with Project Liaison and communication for different project sites;
  • Assisting with Tender documentation compiling
  • Submission of tenders on closing dates;
  • Formulating Construction Plans on Excel

  • Reading and analyzing of Construction Drawings and formulating a Bill of Quantities;
  • Verifying Materials purchased & Compiling and updating Material Recons;
