• Operating depalletiser and Palletiser machine.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise with equipment.
• Record all breakdowns on PIMS and POMS document that occur during production.
• Ensure that all products have got correct date coder all the time.
• Apply LOTO (lock-Out-Tag-Out) procedure and shut down the machine during Maintenance or when you fix something on the machine to prevent injuries.
• Ensure we maintain 5s score and practice good GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Report all raw material, input and output issues to the Team Leader.
• Completing data sheets, tracking production metrics and reporting on performance.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to achieve production goals.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of production by balancing there different stages of the bottling process.
• Performing various quality checks throughout the process, such as inspecting bottles and cans, blending product, and checking fill levels and labelling accuracy.
