I am an information systems honours student and an Economics graduate. In the time that I spent pursuing my studies, I had the privilege of developing my leadership skills as the sub-warden at my residence and as the fundraising officer for the Golden Key Society chapter at Rhodes University.
I am seeking an opportunity to apply these skills to a role that enables me to discover new ways of contributing to the team and organizational effectiveness.
My ideal job would be in an organization where I am trusted and where I will be able to grow into the best version of myself. I want to be a member of an organization that appreciates its people and recognizes the value that they bring to the organization.
I was an Economics tutor in 2022 where I worked together with the economics department to assist students with their economics coursework, ensuring that they understand the content presented in lectures.
I also worked as a sub warden for New House residence for 2 years. In this role, I was responsible for managing a household of 5 students. Ensuring that everyone is safe and follows the rules and regulations of the residence.
In 2019 I began my undergraduate journey at Rhodes University where I completed my three-year bachelor of Economics degree, majoring in economics and information systems. In 2021, I furthered my studies by doing an honors degree in information systems at Rhodes University. This was a Year-long postgraduate degree that comprised module work as well as a research project.
The topic for my research project is The available and appropriate ICT Infrastructure in public schools of developing countries.
