Im a barmen with 4 years behind the stick , mostly in high volume pubs. Im fast during rush , know my classic cocktails, and i actually enjoy the chaos of a Friday night. What people tell me im the best at is reading the room knowing when someone wants to chats and when they just want their beer quickly. Im looking ti join a craft cocktails bar because I want to learn more about spirits and build regulars and your cocktails menu is exactly the kind of place I want to grow in.
