Conduct process validation inspections which which include:
- Nipple Break force - Checking the breaking point - Record the findings
- Wall thickness / Quality control measurements. - Sample from machines to be sectioned and measured every two hours. - Visual checks are done for any irregularities and all finding are documented. - Microscope is used to check cracks/splits in the material. - Computer program is used to measure Wall thickness of parts. - Report any undersized measurement.
- Receiving incoming goods.- Identify Batch by labelling with Description, part number, container number, name and date - Taking 10 pieces of each per batch. - Check the relevant receiving inspection or drawing - If the parts are OK stamp 'OK sticker' inform storesOCC not to book the material - If NOK parts are found, place on 'Hold for Quality Sticker' inform storesOCC not to book the material onto the system and contact Quality Manager - Determine the amount of moisture in the part.
- Surface Tension test - To test samples from Durr department after wash as well as at RPE department. -Apply the ink to the surface of the tube.
- Production Audits - Checking first off's and production in process. - Inspect products to ensure that they meet Quality requirements. - Check products using technical drawing and fixtures.

Assembling the pipe with the Reister Machine:
- Gauge parts
- Putting O-rings on parts
- Inserting pins and protection Guards in the pipes using Pneumatics machine
- Assembling the pipe with Reister machine

- Checking the fitment of the pipe on the jig fixture
- Labelling ( bar codes), put on the cabs and scan the pipe
