• Conduct SHE Induction for new employees and contractors.
• Identify hazards and assess risks related to the renovation work, ensuring proper safety measures are in place.
• Review of the organogram.
• Update training schedule and ensure that legal appointments are up to date.
• Ensure the control and administration of issuing of PPE per department is done properly.
• Ensure any accidents, incidents, or near misses are reported and thoroughly investigated to prevent future occurrences.
• Act as the main safety contact for both workers and management, effectively communicating concerns and solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and legal safety regulations, ensuring all work meets or exceeds the required guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of safety inspections, risk assessments, training sessions, and incident reports.
