I am an energetic, driven peoples person who strives to achieve targets set out. I have lead and managed both post grad and BAU team on inbound and outbound sales as well as customer services and technical support. I have studied and achieved NQF 4 Contact Centre Management. I have had many lead roles that I have undertaken outside of my job function to prepare myself for the next role as a contact center manager.
I have experience with inbound and outbound sales, technical support and customer services within the UK, USA and AU geographies. I have also lead managed teams for customer complaints respectively within these geographies. I do also have experience with live chat on sales, technical support and customer services.
I have achieved NQF 2 Business Administration as well as NQF 4 Contact Centre Management apart from my Senior Certificate.
