My name is Aviwe Vezi, and I’m a qualified Conveyancer and Notary with four years of hands-on experience in the Conveyancing Department. Over the years, I’ve gained solid experience in Transfers, Bond Registrations, Bond Cancellations, and Notarial matters. I’ve worked hard to build up my skills in all aspects of conveyancing, and I take pride in being an all-rounder who is always eager to learn more and grow within the field.

Originally from Durban, I made the bold move to Cape Town in search of better opportunities. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve kept pushing forward with determination and hope — and now I’m excited about the possibility that this role could be the next step in my journey.

I’m a naturally ambitious and curious person, self-motivated and driven by challenge. I genuinely enjoy building strong relationships within the profession and collaborating with others. More than anything, I’m looking to join a firm where I can grow, feel a sense of belonging, and be supported in reaching my full potential. I am in possession of my LLB degree, Admission certificate for Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. i have an interest in all department of conveyancing as i am very passionate about conveyancing. Outside my career, i enjoy teaching, i am currently busy teaching conveyancing and notary public to people who wish to sit for the exam.

BONDS AND BOND CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT

• Monitoring and supervising Paralegals in the Bond Cancellation department for all Major Banks for all portfolios (FNB, FNB CPF, NEDBANK, STANDARD BANK)
• Attending to signature of the said Bond documents with clients manually and E-Signing;
• Attending to Docomply Monitor to ensure that we stay in compliance status with Major Bank’s requirements , specifically (FNB CPF, ABSA AND NEDBANK HOMELOAN)
• Checking bond and transfer documents before signature with the clients.
• Attending to signature of Bond documents with clients.
• Prepping documents before lodgements.
• Checking guarantee for bond cancellation and Bond registrations.
• Checking Bond cancellation consents.
• Attending to developers’ meetings.
• Attending to monthly discussions meetings with the banks for Bond registration and
• Collecting levies on behalf of Developers

• Dealing with General transfers and estate agent transfers.
• The conveyancing system and the process of the Pietermaritzburg and Cape Town Deeds Office in general.
• Provide reports and updates to clients and estate agents.
• Administering and responsible for ZEMA LSF PAYMENTS; collected Levies and invested same for ZEMBALI ESTATE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION.
• Consulting with clients and signing transfer documents.
