Avron Smeda

I’ve been the family photographer unofficially since a young age. Always with the camera in my hand. Decided to study photography at Orms Cape Town School of Photography after I graduated high school on the West Coast. Since I graduated from the college with a diploma as a Professional photographer. I’ve started freelancing in my home town and kept growing my trade and skills.

I’ve studied at Orms CTSP from 2020 until we graduated in 2021 after creating a professional portfolio, creative body of work in book format and for exhibitions. I started my freelancing business as a photographer in the West Coast when I returned home from Cape Town. I’ve been doing events for schools, companies.

I’ve two and a half weddings so far, birthday sessions, location sessions. I have also created my own home studio when I created the opportunity to purchase myself lighting equipment. I try to do product photography when I can.

There isn’t exactly a market for it where I’m situated. My business have been growing since last year. My skills have grown and myself as a photographe.

I’ve done a course at Orms Cape Town School of Photography for a diploma in Professional Photography from 2020 - 2021.
