My name is Ayanda Phonela I am a young woman who is driven to move up the ranks on my career so as to be an expert in what I do applying for this opportunity made me realize that this is a perfect opportunity to move up the ranks.
I am currently working as a Quality analyst for Merchants however when I started at Merchants I started as a call center agent and later applied for the role of being a coach on the floor which I got the role but I was temporary and later in the year they were posts that came out for Quality analyst.
I have completed my matric and currently doing a short course in Human resources.
