DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Providing technical & operational systems support to all mechanical equipment
Maintenance, installations and modifications of plant equipment
Servicing, overhauling and repairing of plant equipment.
Routine and preventive maintenance(cleaning, lubrication and weekly plant checklist)
Fault diagnostics and resolving breakdown pipe fitting morning plant checks on mechanical components like mechanical seals,bearing temperature, valves positions,pumps performance among others oil check on mechanical devices mantainance and assembling of plant during breakdowns and shutdowns boiler assembling and maintanance gearboxes assembling bearing fitting assembling steam turbine
Valves,pump and gearbox overhaul assembling of belt conveyors and chain conveyors assembling of milk components; mills rolls and mill gear box aligning of mechanical components pumps and electric motors machining of components on lathe , milling and drilling machines interpreting of blueprints for components to be machined
