I am a qualified Real Estate agent with my NQF4 which I have had since 2002. I have a diploma in Financial management. I am good at communicating at all levels. I work well under pressure and am able to multi-task. I have done budgets and forecasts, month end reports, invoices and quotes and have a good understanding of financials. I am very good at customer relations and building relationships with clients. I believe that the customer is king. I am a quick thinker and good at problem solving.
I worked for a company for 20 years as General/Technical manager then the company joined with Hirt & Carter. I was operations manager for a company which included the day to day running of the business, dealing with clients and staff. I then bought a computer company, which I later sold. I did sales for a new renewable energy company, I also did admin work and I set up systems from scratch for the company including the quoting template, invoicing template, stock control, and client data.

1992 – 1992 Diploma in Financial Management, Damelin College, Johannesburg.

Qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate.
1984 – 1996 Joined Video Lab as a camerman and worked my way up to Admin Manager. Then transferred to Video lab Durban.
1996-1998 Technical Manager/General Manager,VideoLab,
I was appointted GM until Video Lab Durban joined up
1998 – 2002 Technical Manager/Ops Manager, Hirt & Carter/ Video Lab (Lava).
In January 2002 Retrenched.
February 2002 –
October 2002 Computer Retail Business.
Purchased a computer retail shop.
January 2003 -
July 2004 ProProp Umhlanga.
Joined as a candidate agent,I passed the Estate Agency Board exam.
August 2004 - Started my own Estate Agency, namely, November 2005 Somerset Estates
November 2005-
April 2007 I joined Platinum Coast Prop, in Salt Rock.
April 2007-
Jan2010 Joined Liquid Blu painting contractors as foreman and factory manager. As well I did all the ordering for the different sites, and I oversaw the sites.
I was also the principal of a Estate Agency called Position Properties until Jan2012.
November 2015 Amandla Elanga/Solarvest. Solar water heating system Heat pump, pool heat pumps and Photovoltic systems. Operations Manager, which includes quoting, invoicing, client service and installations of systems, and I set up the office systems. Amandla Elanga joined with One Energy to form Solarvest in 2014.
I was retrenched at the end of November 2015.
November 2015- Un Employed Feb 2017
March 2017- Just property Berea, as an Estate Agent, and did my RPL and was given Full Status agent again.
October2021-
May 2022: EXP Realty Estate Agent
Networking and playing Golf, watching sport both live and on TV.
