I have hands-on exposure to land preparation, planting, irrigation, crop monitoring, pest and weed control, and harvesting, with a strong focus on following standard operating procedures and maintaining crop quality.

My strong characteristics include reliability, physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. I am disciplined, punctual, and willing to work shifts and weekends as required. I learn quickly, follow instructions accurately, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

My aspiration is to build a long-term career in agriculture by expanding my technical skills in agronomy and farm operations. I am keen to gain further training, improve yields through best practices, and contribute to sustainable crop production. My career interest lies in progressing from field operations to supervisory roles within crop production, supporting food security and efficient farming.
